If you have more than an hour to kill and money for parking go downtown to Michael Levine's Loft. I get lost in this dusty place. Best way to go about it is to set yourself a budget and leave your credit and debit card at home. Cash really is king in Downtown L.A. and you will make fewer impulse buys if you have limited cash on hand.
